Certain pets with permission.

A maximum of one month's rent in advance depending on financial circumstances. Successful applicants will be required to produce required evidence of income, bank statements and photo ID within 2 working days of initial assessment phone call. If this is not provided within the time frame, your details could be returned Homechoice due to failure to comply with our process and you will need to bid again.
